Stages opens next week. Here's the poster for it.

What do you get when you put a couple of local jazz vocalists, two Southern California opera singers, and an actress who appeared in the film musicals Grease and Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band together? Well, you get an original musical cabaret that reveals how they got to where they are, their emotional journeys, and the challenges they faced on the way. You also get talented performers spilling their guts on stage before a live audience.

What you get is Stages, an original musical "cabaret" that opens in December in Stevenson Ranch and Bakersfield, CA.

So, just so you don't get pissed at me, some of the stuff I posted here before have links that don't work correctly anymore. The ones that don't are those linked to articles in Examiner.com. Well, they went out of business on July 10, 2016 and instead of archiving the articles so people could still read them, the owner, AXS, decided not to do that.
